Presto – Reward Codes
Give shoppers the ability to reward employees for a job well done! We have added a new feature in Presto that we believe will revolutionize the way your clients can engage and reward their employees based on results of mystery shops and/or audits. Introducing Presto Reward Codes!
This innovative attribute allows your clients to provide rewards to employees who excel in meeting specific service standards. Here’s how it works:
With Presto’s reward code feature, you can create a special survey question that selects and displays a reward code. For instance, in the image shown below, the shopper is asked to verify if the associate inquired about their enrollment into the client’s loyalty program.
If the survey question is answered affirmatively, the shopper can instantly access a reward code, which is taken from a set of banked codes. The shopper would present the code to the employee for them to use for reward redemption. These codes can be anything – from gift card codes to coupon codes directly from the client – and are stored securely in the Presto database.
Each reward code is single-use. Once it has been displayed and associated with a particular shop, it will not be reused for any other shop.
