LiveShopper Sassie is a 20 year old Software company with multiple platforms in the market research industry. Founded in 2016 and based in Findlay, OH, LiveShopper Sassie has over 110 resellers and 1000+ end-clients. In early 2020, LiveShopper acquired SurfMerchants LLC (Sassie), a software company out of Boston that also provides a platform for market research technologies. This acquisition combines tools to provide mystery shop/market research companies with a world-class data collection solution and a state-of-the-art reporting platform.
