It also acts as a “silo” or a dedicated space where editors can zero in on their primary tasks. By only displaying what requires their attention, it ensures they remain focused on shops that are most urgent.
Key Parts:
- Auto Approve Time This automatically tracks when a shop will be approved if no action is taken (i.e., it hasn’t been accepted, rejected, or returned to the shopper for revision). Shops are sorted by the Auto Approve Time, so your team can easily prioritize the ones that will auto-approve soonest. This helps ensure that nothing slips through the cracks and that you’re staying ahead of deadlines.
- Latest Reviews The Needs Review Log also shows the latest review activities, giving your team visibility into who’s working on which shop. This helps prevent “collisions”—when two reviewers attempt to edit the same shop at the same time. With clear visibility of who is doing what, you can avoid duplication of effort and keep the review process running smoothly.
