NEW “Trending – Drilldown” Dragon Dashboard Widget
The new widget is very similar to the Drilldown Ranking.
It does the same level drilldown or can be expanded to show down to the location just like Drilldown Ranking.
It does not, however, drill all the way down to the shop.
It can trend from 2 to 12 periods, defaults to 4 periods.
It includes a Total column by default that can be turned off. This alsodetermines the sort order even when hidden.
The Total column is the summary of data for all periods combined.
The Columns and Total defaults to Overall Score but can be set to specific Sections or Questions (with survey selected first).
The configuration includes a radio button that will change from Overall/Sections/Questions to show Job Counts instead.
