Collecting data to measure operational performance and customer satisfaction is just the beginning. But once you have the data, what do you do with it and how do you make it easy for your clients to interpret? Having a reliable data reporting dashboard is a critical piece to pull everything together and make it easier to cut through the noise and see exactly what the results are telling you. As you know already, our Dragon reporting dashboard has been an important and critical piece in the entire puzzle.
One of our ongoing goals and initiatives is to continuously keep improving Dragon so your clients can easily view results and make important business decisions. Our team of experts has continued to work hard to upgrade Dragon and we are excited to tell you about a new feature!
First, we made critical changes to the “Trending – Sections” widget that many of you have been requesting. We’ve added a Toggle mode, which now allows the end-user to control which sections they want to show in this specific view. This effectively changes the widget from a static dashboard view to a more dynamic and actionable report.
To configure this, you’ll need to go into “Show Overall Score & Toggle Section Mode” in the Trending Section widget.
It contains two independent checkboxes that will affect Dragon data (see below). The first will allow Overall Score data to be added to the widget. Previously only sectional data was available.
The second option allows the user to modify the widget so that a single section’s data is only shown at once. The user selects which section (or Overall Score if the setting is enabled) via a pulldown that will now appear on the widget.
The user can change their selection, and the data in the widget will automatically reload on the fly; available sections are from the widget’s setting for Sections which was pre-existing.
One important note, due to graphing limitations, when this widget is set to Single Selection Mode, the widget will not print to PDF. This does not impact any other widgets.
